Pada hari Sabtu, 18 Maret 2023 lalu, Farraas Afiefah Muhdiar, Muthmainah Mufidah Gozan dan Tim Arsanara Development Partner telah mengadakan pelatihan dengan judul “Empathy for Service Excellence” untuk para karyawan PT Beyond Medical. Pelatihan dilaksanakan secara hybrid; offline untuk para karyawan di wilayah Jakarta dan online untuk beberapa karyawan di luar Jakarta.
Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan empati para karyawan PT Beyond Medical dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan terbaik untuk para kostumernya. Tidak hanya itu, pelatihan ini juga ditujukan untuk melatih para karyawan PT Beyond Medical dalam mengelola stres yang disebabkan oleh pekerjaan yang padat.
Selain memberikan materi utama terkait empati dan cara mengelola stres, Tim Arsanara Development Partner juga mengemas acara pelatihan dengan berbagai aktivitas lain yang interaktif, seperti pre-test, role-play, sharing session, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan post-test.
Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test yang dilakukan, para karyawan PT Beyond Medical mendapatkan pengalaman dan pemahaman yang lebih baik mengenai empati dan cara mengelola stres.
